76, passed away at home with her family by her side on September 13, 2016. She was born in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident. She was a manager for First Savings Bank of Bayonne which later became Richmond Savings and then New York Community Bank. She was an active notary public and retired after 29 years in the banking business. Years ago she was very active at St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Parish as a Rosary Society member and a standing committee person for the parish carnivals and a cub scout den mother and also was involved in numerous Parish activities. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Marion (nee: Kochanski) Schumacher and her siblings John Schumacher and Margaret Ghizzone. Wife of 57 years to Walter Kiczek. Mother of Walter and his wife Jean Lacorte-Kiczek and Richard and his wife Dawn Kiczek. Grandmother of Ricky Kiczek. Sister of James Schumacher and his wife Janet, Gail Dee and Eleanor Donovan and her late husband Brian. Sister-in-law of Doris Schumacher and Ralph Ghizzone. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
