The NJSIAA and NJSCA are pleased to announce that Gene Klumpp, Sr. has been recognized as NFHS Softball Official of the Year. Gene is an active veteran high school umpire, Past President of the UANJ (Umpires Association of NJ) and Past President of the HCBUA (Hudson County Chapter). His accomplishments both on and off the field are well documented. The program will take place on April 10 at 12 noon at the Pines Manor in Edison, NJ.
