71, passed away on February 24, 2016 at the Bayonne Medical Center. She was born in Jersey City and resided in Bayonne for most of her life. Joan was a secretary for the Veckridge Chemical Company of Kearny where she worked for 50 years retiring 3 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband Robert “Butch” Barlow Sr. and her brother Robert Ross. Step-mother of Robert Jr., Charles and Dawn Barlow. Grandmother of Alexis, Charles Jr., Dakota, Gage, Drake and the late Rebecca. Aunt of Michael Ross and his wife Nancy and great-aunt of Michael and Arianna Ross. Funeral arrangements by S.
