The All Saints Catholic Academy’s girls’ basketball team captured the city championship by defeating Henry Harris School by a score of 28-14. The Panthers were led by the one-two scoring of playoff MVP Mary Lavin, scoring 15 points and Alexandria Taveras, scoring 10 points. Excelling on defense for ASCA was Sofia Frangiacomo and Brianna Minunni. The league championship capped an undefeated season for the 4th year for Coach Matt Frangiacomo and his team. The Lady Panthers are also undefeated heading into the playoffs of the Union County CYO. With the ASCA Panthers Girls Championship Basketball Team is Superintendent-Dr. P. McGeehan, Asst. Superintendents-Mr. L. Smith,Mr. K. Kopacz , Director of Athletics- Mr J. Calcaterra, League Coordinator- Mr. J.Rickard and Coach Mr. Matt Fragiacomo.
