91, a native and life-long resident of Bayonne, died peacefully Saturday morning at Bayonne Medical Center surrounded by his loving grandchildren. Wendroff was a home builder with his brother Meyer and subsequently owned dry cleaning shops in Bayonne before retiring. He was an Army veteran of World War II and very proud of his services to our country. Wendroff was married to his wife, Shirley, for over 60 years. He was an active member of his community and supported many pro-Israel foundations. Surviving is his son, Michael, two sisters, Gertrude Kent and Esther Leslie; three grandchildren, Ronald, Jonathan and his wife Erica, Sharon and four great-grandchildren, Connor, Reilly, Arianna and Joshua.
