A funeral mass was held April 15 at St. Paul the Apostle Church for Anne (Cookie) Carey, 70. She died April 9 at Trinitas Hospital, Elizabeth. A lifelong Jersey City resident, the daughter of the late Anne (Coleman) and John Radiola, she worked as a secretary for bookkeeping and housekeeping at Hoboken University Medical Center for 36 years retiring in 2007. She was the wife of Philp Carey; mother of Stephen and his wife Kim; grandmother of Stephen Aaron; and sister of John Radiola, Bernadette Moore, Elizabeth Moritz, Charles Radiola and Maria Harris.
