To the Editor:
Have we learned our lesson yet? Campaigning politicians need to always appear as if “we support the people.” That is until they get elected. Once elected they feel morally superior and their rude behavior is accepted. The public be damned, according to them.
We pay their salaries, don’t we? We pay over $22,000 a year in part time salaries and health insurance. Our property taxes have been going up for the last 30 years. We’re $420 million in debt. What happened?
We’ve been electing the wrong people. Are we fed up yet? Has anyone heard of the word “recall”?
