61, of Manalapan, formerly of Bayonne, passed away on October 13 at the Pine Brook Care Center in Manalapan, NJ. Gerard was son to the late Gerard and Marie (nee: Farraro) Clappsy. A brother to Carmella (James) Gleason, Angela Paradine, Patricia (Richard) Speziale, Annette (Frank) Foster, Vincent, Frank and Nicholas (Andrea) Clappsy. Gerard is also survived by his stepmother Audrey Clappsy, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and friends. Also his caregivers Mr. and Mrs. Marshalls, Ms. Sonia Dominick and the Pine Brook Care Center. Gerard was also predeceased by his brother Salvatore, brother-in-law Mark Paradine and his sister in law Patricia Clappsy.
