NORTH BERGEN – The Black Maria Film Festival returns to the North Bergen Free Public Library on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the main library, 8411 Bergenline Ave.
Featured will be the 42nd Annual NJ Young Filmmakers’ Festival winners, including first place winner and High Tech High School student Hali Merrill.
