Dear Editor:
I have a question, well, it’s for the town council to answer or maybe you can answer it.
In Secaucus you have about 400 kids enrolled in your soccer program every fall and about 150 enrolled in the spring time. My question is how come there is only one field or maybe two, but soccer has to fight for it in the whole town? The only field that is dedicated to soccer is County Ave.
What is the town doing to give this fast-growing sport more fields of their own like baseball and softball have?
