A funeral mass was celebrated Dec. 13 at St. Anne R.C Church, Fair Lawn, for Anna Lenczuk, 85. She passed away Dec. 9. She was born and raised in Jersey City. She was a former parishioner of the St. Henry R.C. Church in Bayonne and also St. Aloysius Church in Jersey City, where she was a member of the Rosary Society. Anna was a woman with incredible passion for her family. As a devout Catholic, she was best known as a homemaker with exceptional abilities to care for those whom she loved. She loved the opera, and had a strong sense of family values. Her family will always treasure her. She was the wife of the late John Lenczuk; and mother of six children: Paul Lenczuk, Grace Weisbrod, Anna Lenczuk, Margaret Morales, Jane Waller, and John Lenczuk; mother-in-law of Bernice Turner-Lenczuk, Dennis Weisbrod, Peter Morales, and John Waller; grandmother of Jon Paul, Dionne, Theresa, Laurie, Peter, Anna, Jack, and Mary; greatgrandmother of Max, Brayden, and Gavin; and stepsister of Henry Geier and Nancy Geier. Services arranged by the Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Fair Lawn.
