Times writes about Hoboken’s west side

HOBOKEN — Fifteen years ago, Hoboken’s west side was blighted. Young people looking for apartments were told to “avoid the presidential streets” (Madison, Monroe, etc.) Now the west side is vibrant with new buildings and restaurants. And today, The New York Times is writing about it.
It’s always nice when they acknowledge the great value of Hudson County, as long as it doesn’t make our rents go up.
