Born in Havana Cuba to Juan and Aurora (nee: Rodriguez) Ravelo, Rosario worked maintaining elevators in New York City for many years before retiring. He was the husband to Oneida (nee: Hernandez) Ravelo and the father to Claudia Delgado and her husband Israel Delgado Jr. Rosario was also the grandfather to Israel Delgado III and his wife Elyse and to Rick Delgado and his wife Jacqueline, as well as being the grandfather to Taylor Lynn Delgado.
