87, passed away on October 17, 2016, at her home, with her family by her side. Frances was born in Bayonne and has resided there lifelong. She was a Senior Library Assistant at the Bayonne Public Library for over 15 years. She was a member of the St. Mary, Star of the Sea Church Rosary Society, Scribbler’s Writers Group, A.F.S.M.E., and attended the Bayonne Recreational Arts & Crafts sessions. Wife of the late Richard P. Micallef. Mother of Karen M. Tylutki and her late Husband Edward, Patricia Cresseveur and her Fiance Thomas O’Donnell, Richard Micallef and his Wife Rosemary, Edward Micallef and his Wife Bonnie. Grandmother of Jessica Cresseveur and the late Patricia M. Cresseveur. Sister of Margaret Cenkner, Elizabeth “Betty” McNamara, Harvey Crosby, Jr., Arthur Crosby, Thomas “Red” Crosby and Johnny Crosby. Friend of Sister Judy Boisvert, Sylvia Margatek, and Dorothy Kaye.
