Police officer pulls man off tracks seconds before train arrives in Secaucus

SECAUCUS — On Friday, a NJ Transit police officer, Victor Ortiz, pulled a man off the train tracks seconds before the train arrived. The man reportedly jumped onto the tracks and struggled against the officer’s attempts to saving him, saying, “I want to die.”
