Painter creates an ‘Extraordinary Hoboken’

HOBOKEN – Dozens of “lushly colorful” paintings by Bill Curran will be on display at the Hoboken Historical Museum through May 29 as part of his exhibition, “Extraordinary Hoboken.”
The minimalist works feature flowers, waterfront views, mile square stoops, and other familiar sights.
The museum is located at 1301 Hudson St. The show concludes Sunday May 29, Memorial Day weekend when there will be a closing reception from 2 to 5 p.m.
All are invited.
