West New York students produce video about Rep. Sires

WEST NEW YORK — Students at Memorial High School recently participated in a screening of a student-produced video that chronicles a day in the life of U.S. Rep. Albio Sires. It is part of Optimum Community’s “Student Lens” program. Pictured (left to right) with participating students are Video Production Educator Justin White, Media Educator Samantha Longo, Coordinator of Educational Media Alix Polynice, BOE President Adam Parkinson, Administrative Supervisor of Educational Programs Jorge Acosta, Principal Scott Wohlrab, Superintendent Clara Brito Herrera, U.S. Congressman Sires, Optimum Community Local Programming Carly Blake and Optimum Community Public Affairs Manager Tricia Kaminski.
The students filmed and edited the video and held a screening at the school last month.
