To the Editor:
In response to last week’s edition of “Message from the Mayor,” spring is here. I wish our mayor would remind residents that it is the law to pick up after their dogs on all walks, and every dog should be on a leash! Now that the warm weather should be rolling in, I hope, the smell of dog poop will not be in the air. It is also disgusting trying to avoid stepping in it when those of us who obey that law, walk our dogs. There are also many areas of grass that people have along their properties, but do not maintain, making it hard for us who do pick up after our dogs. Please cut the grass along the curb. Thank you.
