Funeral services were held March 21 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Jersey City, for Amelia Kisstina Holmes. She passed away March 14. Amelia Kisstina Holmes “Mia” was formally educated in Jersey City at Sacred Heart School, Lincoln High School, Hudson County Community College and Saint Peters University Public Policy Program. She was employed with Securitas Security Service USA INC in Jersey City. Survived by mother Vera Holmes; father Brian McCord; two daughters, Ziasia Holmes and Jazmia Jackson; one son Terrence Jackson Jr.; three sisters Sharon and Dorothy Holmes, Justine Sanders, and three brothers Taquan, Ravon Washington, and Murphy McCord.
