BAYONNE – The Bayonne Bridge will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, March 18 through 8 a.m. Sunday, March 20, to accommodate ongoing construction work on the “Raise the Roadway” project, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey announced.
The bridge is expected to remain open all next weekend – beginning Friday, March 25 – to accommodate drivers during Easter weekend. Specifically, the bridge is scheduled to remain open from 5 a.m. Friday, March 25 through 9 a.m. Monday, March 28. The Port Authority will announce any changes to this schedule.
