A funeral mass took place Feb. 26 in Our Lady of Czestochowa R. C. Church, Jersey City, for Joseph Paczkowski, formerly of Jersey City. He died on Feb. 19 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He was a retired security guard for Onyx Chemical in Jersey City. Joseph was the husband of Patricia Paczkowski; father of Tara, Sean, and Kala Paczkowski; brother of Robert Paczkowski and the late Teresa Vail.
Upon retiring, Joseph all of his time, energy, and adoration to his three children. He never shied away from telling his children how of them he was. He loved to laugh, share stories of days past, and go on trips. Charismatic and engaging, Joseph lit up every room he entered. He will be sorely missed, yet fiercely remembered as a father, a loyal best friend, and spirited provider. Services arranged by the Bromirski Funeral Home, Jersey City.
