A funeral service took place Feb. 16 for Doris Raino, 87, of North Bergen. She passed away Feb. 14. She was born in Jersey City and lived in Union City before moving to North Bergen in her later years. She was an accounting executive for the Colgate Palmolive Co. in New York City for 37 years before retiring in 1983. Doris was extremely active as a member of; St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Order of the Eastern Star, AARP, the Union City Regular Democratic Club, Travelers Club and was a longtime volunteer at the Meadowland Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Ralph Raino and was survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
