Corrected state income tax forms at Bayonne Public Library

BAYONNE – Bayonne Library Director Sneh Bains has announced that corrected 2015 New Jersey State Income Tax 1040 forms are available at the library, at 31st Street and Avenue C.
“Anyone who picked up those forms at the library earlier in 2016 is strongly advised to pick up corrected forms,” Bains said. “The versions distributed by the state earlier this year include some lines that were already filled in with pre-printed numbers on the forms.”
The library has obtained completely blank forms that will enable taxpayers to write in their own accurate tax data.
