74, of Bayonne, passed away on January 26, 2016 at The Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Saddlebrook, NJ. Born in Elminia, Egypt, Samir immigrated to the United States in 1989 and has lived in Bayonne for the past 27 years. Before his retirement, he was employed for many years as a chemist with G & S Technologies in Kearny, NJ. He was predeceased by his wife Soheir Z. Basseli in April, and his parents, Farid and Elizabeth Ghobrial. Left to cherish his memory are his three daughters, Vivian Ghobrial and her husband Andrew; and Dalia and Nansi Ghobrial; two sons, George and Nabil Ghobrial, and his ten grandchildren.
