To the Editor:
As a senior and a resident at Senior Horizons on Third Street for the past seven years, I must commend Rafael Bernal. He is our third super since I’ve been residing at this location. With our record-breaking snowstorm, Rafael has been outside clearing the sidewalk, stairs and mostly our parking lot. He started salting on Saturday and worked all day Sunday from early morning clearing sidewalks, both of our outdoor stairways and our parking lot.
No other super has worked on a weekend, clearing snow. They’ve always waited for the following Monday, the start of their work week.
I’d like to give him a big thank you.
