Question on the Ballot for the upcoming elections

Dear Editor:
Please cut down the content and improve the intent of the convoluted overly worded questions that appear on our ballots at Election time. This confusion concerning the question, including the fine print has resulted in many not bothering to either read or answer the same. The very fact that these appear on our ballots strongly suggests that these are important issues and are not frivolous and should not be ignored. The last question has a deep and necessary meaning for anyone who wishes to retire, and could very possibly improve that convoluted proves for the millions that it would affect, including monetary benefits, and the precious time it takes for that overly long and tedious process. If the fine print was enlarged it would alleviate both the lengthy wording, and clarify the gist of the issue so our citizens, especially our retirees would get their proper benefits in proper time
