A funeral mass was offered Jan. 6 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Jersey City, for Josephine Cutone, 94, a lifelong resident of Jersey City. She passed away Jan. 1. Josephine was a retired beautician at Ted’s Beauty Salon in Jersey City. Josephine was a parishioner of Our Lady Mt. Carmel Church, Jersey City and enjoyed volunteering at the annual feast. She was also a member of the 50 Plus Club. Josephine was the wife of the late Joseph Cutone; mother of Joseph and Leona Cutone, Candice and Michael Berardino; grandmother of Jamie and Alex, Michael and Melissa Berardino, Jolie and Jerry Maietta; great-grandmother of Michael, Annabelle, Juliana and Joseph.
