76, of Bayonne, entered into eternal rest on December 18, 2015, at the Jersey City Medical Center. Born in Jersey City, William lived in Bayonne for the past 44 years. He retired in 2004 after 21 years as a commercial painter with the Esposito Painting Company of Bayonne. Mickey, as he was known by his family and friends, had a passion for motorcycles having owned many different types of Harley Davidson’s over the years. He especially treasured spending time with his granddaughter Emily, on their trips to Englishtown where they raced quads together. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Patricia (Smeriglio) Malzer in 2003 and his parents William and Dorothy (Cloud) Malzer. Left to cherish his memory is his son Scott Malzer; his granddaughter Emily; his former daughter-in-law Dawn Guthrie and one sister Joyce Kula and her husband Bobby.
