To the Editor:
When I received the Community News on December 17, as I read the letter to the editor section, I noticed Bayonne had a meeting about the new animal control people.
I think it’s very unfair. I didn’t receive the newspaper until a day later. The meeting was over by the time I got the paper. Why didn’t the mayor call us on the home phone like he does for everything else? I think a lot more people would have shown up. No one wants to see a pet, or stray for that matter, be mistreated.
Please let’s have a new meeting.
