To the Editor:
Recently, the St. Ann’s Society of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish held its 81st Annual Fundraiser “Winter Wonderland” at The Chandelier. On behalf of the society, I would like to thank The Chandelier’s managers, Victor, Hugo and their staff for the excellent food and hospitality. We always feel at home there.
We would like to thank Pizza Master, The Chandelier, San Vito, Piccolino’s, Mediterraneo, Café Bello, Hendrickson’s, and 22nd Street Meat Market for their donations to our Dine Around Gift Table. And thanks for all the members who purchased and donated gift certificates. Special thanks to Al Richards Chocolates for his beautiful basket of delicious chocolates he donated to us once again. We hope that everyone would patronize these establishments that we are so fortunate to have in our city.
Again, I would also like to thank my Frank, Frank Anthony and Mathew for their help transporting all the gifts to The Chandelier.
We extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all of our families and friends who attended our brunch and who come every year. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and won some prizes.
My sincere gratitude and thanks to the entire committee: Rosalie Brown, Rachel Della Rosa, Amalia Sottile, Camille Pirozzi, Loretta Cerullo, Fina Barberi, Carol Bruness, Frances Nicaretta, Marie Mannion, Lorraine Senerchia, and Josephine Fumento. Special thanks to all St. Ann’s members who prepare all year long before this event. We have such a wonderful group and they are so dedicated to St. Ann.
