A mass of Christian burial was offered Nov. 3 at St. Mary’s Church for Felicita Arzuaga, 87. She passed away at her Jersey City residence on Oct. 30 surrounded by her family. Born in Humacao, P.R., she resided in Jersey City most of her life. She was employed for 30 years in several occupations, including seamstress, housekeeper, and factory worker. She was the daughter of the late Teodoro and Petra Marcano-Arroyo; wife of the late Luis Arzuaga; mother of Laura and Wanda Arzuaga; sister of Fidencio and Felix Arroyo and Bienvenida Mendoza; grandmother of five and great grandmother of five.
