88, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on October 30, 2015 at Green Acres Manor in Toms River. She was born in Jersey City and lived in Bayonne before moving to Toms River in 2003. In her early years, Regina was a legal secretary who worked in NYC. She then worked for Fitzpatrick & Fitzpatrick Law Firm as well as the City’s Law Department both located in Bayonne. She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Andrew’s Church in Bayonne. She was predeceased by her husband, Thaddeus Kasper (1975) and her son Teddy (2007). She is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth Downie and her husband Thomas, her grandchildren Casey & Erin Downie, Jessica Tomassone and her husband Ryan, and T.J. Kasper.
