JERSEY CITY – The Five Corners Branch, 678 Newark Avenue, of the Jersey City Free Public Library has closed for the rest of Friday, June 26, and will be closed , Saturday, June 27, for repair of the air conditioning unit.
The repairs expect to be finished for the regular opening time of 9 a.m. on Monday, June 29, since Monday is the Five Corners Branch’s late night. The branch stays open until 8 p.m.
“We are so sorry for the inconvenience of closing Five Corners. However, given summer heat, it is impossible to keep the branch open,” said Assistant Library Director Sonia Araujo.
