85, passed away on June 13, 2015, at Fountain View Care Center in Lakewood. Born in the city, she was a longtime resident. She was a transcriber for Morgan Stanley in Jersey City for 20 years retiring in 1996. She was predeceased by her husband, William Mills, and her brother, Walter Gawason. She is survived by her son, Steven Dowhan, and his wife, Melanie; her grandchildren, Rachel Mullenfroth, and her husband, Dan; and Eric Dowhan and his wife, Ashley; her great-grandchildren, April Rose and Brantley; her brothers, Michael Gawason and his wife, Barbara; and Paul Gawason and his wife, Barbara; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
