BAYONNE – The Bayonne Bridge will remain open most of Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21 to lessen traffic impacts for those traveling during the Father’s Day weekend, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey announced on Thursday, June 18.
The bridge will still close from 11:59 p.m. Friday, June 19, through 8 a.m. Saturday, June 20. It will then remain open until 9 a.m. Monday, June 22.
The Bayonne Bridge shuttle service, which provides alternate transportation for pedestrians and cyclists, will operate from 3 to 8 p.m. on Friday and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
