90, of Jersey City, passed away on June 5, 2015. Born in Bayonne he lived there as well as in Jersey City. He worked for over 40 years as a production manager for Colgate/Palmolive in Jersey City. He proudly served his country during World War II in the Coast Guard from 1943-1945. He was the husband of Ann (nee: Bednarchik); father of David K. Rolek and his wife, Lori; grandfather of David K. Rolek and his wife, Kiri; and Erica Rolek. He was the brother of the late John Rolek, Walter Rolek, and Raymond Rolek, In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation in Edward’s memory to: Saint John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Bayonne.
