Funeral services took place April 16 for Donald M. Whaley, 80, of Jersey City. He passed away April 11 at the Bayonne Medical Center. Donald was born in Jersey City and resided there lifelong. He was a meter reader for Public Service Electric and Gas Company in Secaucus for many years. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict (1953 – 1955). Husband of the late Anna; father of Susan Whaley and her fiance Steve Neary, and Kathleen Whaley; brother of Richard Whaley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
