MEADOWLANDS — On Saturday, May 17 the New Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment will host the
5th annual Lisa Photo Stride For The Cure event. The event was founded by Meadowlands track photographer Michael Lisa and his wife, Annette, a breast cancer survivor. In the special Stride For the Cure, race horses and drivers will use pink equipment that will be auctioned for charity along with a number of one-of-a-kind items in the silent auction.
Grab the chance to run around the racetrack before the horses do in our Stride For the Cure 5K to benefit the American Cancer Society. Special appearances by harness racing’s top drivers & trainers.
5K details: Race kicks off at 3 pm. Race is a sanctioned 5K. Walkers welcome, too!
$25 entry fee for the 5k (includes event t-shirt, post race party including music, prize drawings and more)
Post Race Festivities: (6pm throughout our live racing card) Live music by TPM and special guests, drink specials for ladies, silent auction, 50/50s & more!
