(nee: Rowan), 52, of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Friday May 2, 2014 at her residence. Felicia was a beloved wife to Charles, a devoted daughter to Dolores (nee: Kee) and the late Harold Rowan. A loving mother to Tarrance, Melonie and her husband Glenn, Chantay, and Adrienne. A cherished grandmother to Ania, Jalen, Bryce, and Brianna. A dear sister to Phylis (Tony), Harold (Joanne), Michael, Brian (Diane), the late Jerome (Rochelle), Jeanette, Daryl, Renee, Yvette, Kevin, Kenneth, Joy, and Shonyel.
