On Sunday, august 18, 2013; predeceased by his parents, Frank and Sophie (nee: Nosal) Kosmaczewski; brother of Daniel Kosmaczewski and wife Cheryl, and the late Edward Kosmaczewski and Rita Kelly; uncle of Karen Kelly-Giustino and husband Angelo, Danielle Sawicki and husband Michael, and Jason Kosmaczewski; great-uncle of Rachel and Camryn Sawicki.
