Award-winning Broadway stars to appear in ‘Broadway Under The Stars’ on the Weehawken waterfront

Summer Concerts on the Hudson will present a one-night-only celebration of the Great White Way on Monday, Aug. 26 at 7 p.m.
Featured performers include Beth Leavel (Tony Award, The Drowsy Chaperone), Vivian Reed (Tony nominee, Bubbling Brown Sugar and Marie Christine), Joshua Henry (Tony nominee, The Scottsboro Boys), John Bolton (A Christmas Story), Max Von Essen (Evita), Tari Kelly (Anything Goes), Jeff McCarthy (Beauty And The Beast), and Patti Murin (Lysistrata Jones).
The concert will take place at Lincoln Harbor Park on the Weehawken waterfront. The venue is located on the left bank of the Hudson River directly across from midtown Manhattan, featuring a magnificent skyline view.
Admission is free.
This unique concert will include a smorgasbord of great classic Broadway song and dance, with a special tribute to Jersey City native and Tony Award-winning composer/lyricist Maury Yeston (Nine, Titanic, etc).
The Hudson Riverfront Performing Arts Center, Inc. (HRPAC), a New Jersey Not-For-Profit, presents this summer long series of open air concerts free of charge to the general public. Limited seating is available; however, audience members are requested to bring a lawn chair or blanket, if possible, and encouraged to picnic on the lawn.
Lincoln Harbor Park is easily accessible by car, NJ Transit Bus 158, and NY Waterway Ferry to the Lincoln Harbor stop. Please note that, in the event of inclement weather, the concert may be rescheduled to the following night.
