WEST NEW YORK AND BEYOND — One minute, a mom was pushing her baby in a stroller along the Hudson River waterfront. The next minute, a bus crashed into a pole, which fell and killed her 8-month-old daughter.
Now, the Paredes family of North Bergen is mourning the loss of little Angela, who was killed in an instant on that sunny Tuesday afternoon this week.
Friends have started a fund to help with expenses. In addition, a memorial has been set for Sunday, Aug. 4 at Vainieri Funeral Home, 5923 Kennedy Blvd., North Bergen, from 12 to 4 p.m.
