State to give NJ Business Grants to two UC and JC small businesses

JERSEY CITY AND UNION CITY — Demonstrating the Christie Administration’s ongoing commitment to the recovery of small businesses in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy, Michele Brown, CEO of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA), will deliver a check to Stronger NJ Business Grant Recipient T&T Farm Market in Union City on Tuesday, July 23 at 1 p.m.
Brown will then visit another grant recipient, Architectural Hardware, located in Jersey City since 1970. Both businesses have been approved for $50,000 grants to support their recovery from Superstorm Sandy.
Launched in May, the Stronger NJ Business Grant Program offers grants of up to $50,000 to storm-impacted small businesses and non-profit organizations. — Al Sullivan
