Thank you from Mayor Gonnelli

Dear Editor:
On behalf of the Town Council and myself, I’d like to thank the following restaurants for their support in providing meals for the displaced families due to the devastation of Hurricane Sandy.
We extend our thanks to: Bareli’s, Bonefish Grill, Burger Stop, Carrabba’s, China Chef, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Cosi, Feelgood, Filomena’s, Frankie B’s, Giovanni’s, Goya, Good Fella’s, Houlihans, Il Forno, Linda’s Thai Kitchen, Mausam, Natolis, Olive Garden, Quizno’s, Trillos, Wendy’s, White Torque, and Lorenzo’s.
Also, thank you to the OEM, Police Department, Fire Department, Emergency Responders, DPW, and the many volunteers who came to the aid of our town. Once again confirming what a great place Secaucus is because of the generous people who make up our community!
A special thank you to Jeremy Halpern of the Xchange, Capital One, and Field Station Dinosaurs.
If you would like to help, we are in need of nonperishable food items, baby formula and diapers (in all sizes), dog and cat food, bleach, mops, and trash bags. Drop off locations are the Secaucus Public Library located at 1379 Paterson Plank Road and The Senior Center located at 101 Centre Ave.

Mayor Mike Gonnelli
