Funeral services were held Oct. 17 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Jersey City, for Shrkree Hisan Moody. He passed away on Oct. 9. He was born on Aug. 26, 1980 in Jersey City to Sylvester Bagley and Theresa Moody. He attended the Jersey City public school system and graduated from Lincoln High School in 2004. Shrkree obtained a nursing degree from Hudson County Community College. He was employed at Hamilton Park Health Care Center for many years. Shrkree later moved to Daytona Beach, Fla. He enjoyed going to church and giving back. He sang in the choir where he was an avid fan of gospel music. Also was a big fan of Beyonce. Shrkree loved spending time with his family. Shrkree leaves behind his mother Theresa Moody; father Sylvester Bagley; brother Niheem Moody; sisters Hyfesa and Melissa Moody; his second parents, Mary and Matthew Pollard; grandparents, Robert George and the late Joann Robertson; his partner of 13 years, Travis Williams; his pets, Coco Chanel and Fluffy; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
