Secaucus Walmart temporarily shut due to bomb threat

SECAUCUS AND BEYOND — The Walmart in Secaucus was temporarily shut down Monday afternoon due to an anonymous bomb threat, officials said.
The threat was the latest in a string of such threats to stores across the country, starting Friday. Threats were called in to several stores in Kansas and Missouri over the weekend.
The FBI is investigating the series of threats. Police would not say if they believe they are the work of one person or group, or copycats.
Another Walmart in Bayonne has not received a threat, despite rumors, according to Bayonne police.
