Local group of concerned citizens plan to rally at WNY zoning board meeting

WEST NEW YORK AND BEYOND – Concerned Citizens, a group of local residents who wish to preserve the quality of life in the local area, plan to rally together and attend the West New York Zoning Board meeting on Thursday evening.
It is possible that the board could vote as to whether or not a building proposed by Capodagli Properties will be permitted to begin construction.
The high-rise is proposed to be built in a lot zoned for mid-rise area on the corner of Boulevard East and 67th Street. It would require at least 15 zoning variances (changes to existing zoning law) if approved.
The meeting will be held July 26 at 6:30 p.m. at West New York Town Hall located at 420 60th St.
