Liz Cohen is a local Hoboken mixed media artist who enjoys using found and recycled materials to create cross-cultural artifacts like her dolls. Made from fabrics and bits and pieces of stuff that she has collected during her travels all over the world, they simulate objects from tribal cultures.
In fact she is creating a new culture based on her doll creatures.
