Funeral services were held April 20 for Edward Brier of Weehawken. He passed away April 14. Edward is survived by his wife Agnes (nee Robertson), a sister Gertrude Brier and a sister-in-law Mildred Currier. An Army Air Force veteran of World War II, he returned home and worked as an engraver in brass and later for the United States Postal Service Center in Secaucus. A long time active member of Park Methodist Church, Weehawken, he was also a member of the American Legion, Weehawken Post. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
