St. Mary’s school in Jersey City plans to close, sources say

JERSEY CITY AND BEYOND — St. Mary’s High School in Jersey City is rumored to be closing, sources said. At a noon assembly on Monday, the students were reportedly given the news. St. Mary, at 209 Third St., is a private school affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church. It serves 295 students in grades 9-12.
